ELotc Providers group gathers members email addresses, name and place of work to keep them informed of meetings, events, training and information that may be of interest to them. Members have requested to join the group so the committee recognise a legitimate interest to contact them. However all members are able to remove themselves from the database at any time. An unsubscribe option is available on the website or by emailing committee members. The members mailing list is not shared with external organisations and is only available to the committee and those co-opted onto the committee. Members emails will be kept until they opt out or the email address becomes invalid.
Contact information on teachers and educators who book conferences will be collected and stored by the committee, the treasurer, conference organiser and committee members may also handle financial data related to bookings. This will not be shared outside the committee and any co-opted members. Information from bookings will be held only until a month after next conference (after the one that was booked) unless another booking has been made or the individual has requested to remain on the mailing list.
